GLP-1 Weight Loss Calculator
This projects the published trial averages onto your starting weight: about 15% total loss for semaglutide 2.4 mg (STEP-1, 68 weeks) and about 21% for tirzepatide 15 mg (SURMOUNT-1, 72 weeks), including the typical shape of the curve — fast early, plateauing after a year.
What it can't do is predict you. Response varies enormously: some people lose over 25%, roughly one in seven loses under 5%. Genetics, dose tolerance, muscle-preserving habits, and consistency all matter. It also says nothing about whether these medications are right for you — that's a prescriber conversation, and our consult can help you prepare for it.
