What we collect
- Consultation content — the messages you send and the responses generated, stored so you can revisit your history.
- Email address — only if you choose to save your history (used for one-time sign-in links).
- Basic technical data — anonymous identifiers and rate-limit counters to keep the free service healthy.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not use your conversations for advertising profiles.
- We do not require an account to use the core service.
AI processing
Your messages are processed by third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) to generate responses, under their API terms, which do not permit training on this data. Sign-in emails are delivered via Resend.
Your choices
You can use doc.net anonymously. To delete your account and history, email hello@doc.netfrom your registered address and we'll remove it.
Health data caution
Please don't include information that identifies other people, and share only what you're comfortable storing. doc.net is a consumer wellness tool and not a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider.
